We deliver as long as the stock lasts. A delivery is carried out only to Germany and only within the European Union (EU) if not indicated in the item description differently. If items should not be on stock, then the consignment can be carried out in several partial shipments.
For shipments to Germany to EUR 80,00 goods value you pay only a transportation costs flat rate in the amount of EUR 5,95. As of EUR 80,00 goods value we deliver free of cost to Germany. For shipments to all other EU member states, see the different shipping charges below (you find the exact information in the table).

In exceptions we must bill for a higher flat rate (see item description). If for technical or logistical reasons a consignment should be carried out in several partial shipments, we charge the transportation costs flat rate only once.
All goods are insured against damage in transit to EUR 500,00. If the delivered shipment should be damaged or show damages, register the damage immediately with your delivery person/forwarding agent. (at the latest however 7 days after delivery). Unfortunately, later complaints cannot be taken into account. You find further information about damages in transit on your delivery.
For a good, safe shipping, we are working with our logistics partner DHL Deutsche Post World Net, DPD Dynamic Parcel Distribution and Hermes Logistik Gruppe together. The choice of logistics partner is on the order, and exclusively by Caffee-Express Ltd. defined.
