4. Delivery All details on the
delivery times or delivery dates are non-binding as far as the delivery

For shipments to Germany to EUR 80,00 goods value you pay only a
transportation costs flat rate in the amount of EUR 5,95. As of EUR
80,00 goods value we deliver free of cost to Germany. For shipments to
all other EU member states, see the different shipping charges
here (you find the exact information in the table).
The shipping costs will be displayed directly in the order. Through this
the arising costs for postage/freight and packing are only partly covered,
Caffee-Express Ltd takes on the rest.
9. Coffee tax
Customers from Germany:
From 01. April 2010, the coffee tax in Germany is included in the sales price.
Registration and payment of the coffee tax is unnecessary.
Customers from Belgium and Denmark:
The commercial shipping offered on the Internet or other media from other
EU member states to private receivers in Belgium and Denmark is not
tax-free. A contrary recruitment of such suppliers is wrong. Every person
is alone responsible for the payment of the coffee tax in the Kingdom of
Belgium and Kingdom of Denmark!
10. Payment
The payment of the goods is carried out alternatively by transfer, by
cash on delivery or by invoice service providers (e.g. by means of
credit card). Caffee-Express Ltd. reserves the right to exclude certain
modes of payment in the individual case.
Unfortunately, the payment by sending in of cash/checks is not
possible. The liability at loss is excluded.
11. Liability for faulty goods
If a defect is with the purchase thing, the legal regulations are
valid. The assignment of these claims of the customer is excluded.

Provided that Caffee-Express Ltd. neglects a contract
essential duty negligently, the obligation to pay compensation is
restricted to the damage arising typically for property damages.
If the follow-up fulfilment has been carried out in the way of
the substitute delivery, the customer is obliged to return the product
delivered first to Caffee-Express Ltd. at the expense of Caffee-Express
Ltd. within 30 days. The return of the unsatisfactory product has to be
carried out according to the legal regulations. Caffee-Express Ltd.
reserves for herself to assert compensation under the prerequisites
regulated legally.
The limitation period is twenty-four months, calculated as of
delivery.
12. Applicable law
British law is valid it under exclusion of the UN purchase right.
